5 Cheap Wedding Venues in Franklin, Columbia and Spring Hill, TN
Location: 5700 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174
Cost: Pricing begins at $1,450 for up to 150 guests, $1700 for 151 to 300 guests. This doesn’t include a $500 security deposit but it is 100% refundable if there are no damages or extra clean up needs.
Location: 1104 S Garden St, Columbia, TN 38401
Cost: $975.00 for the day of your event and up to 100 guests. This includes tables, chairs, set up and breakdown, as well as vintage and antique furniture and props. For $375 you can use an outdoor ceremony space that includes antique french doors as a backdrop.
Location: 4980 Meadowbrook Blvd. Arrington, TN 37014
Cost: This venue offers a wide range of prices depending on what you need. The historic chapel is $1500 and seats 96, but up to 176 chairs can be added. The use of the clubhouse is $2,500 with 104 seats. Chapel Grounds is $1,500. Pool Deck & Cabana area is $800 May-October and $400 November-April. Bridal and Groom suites are available for $500. If you also book your rehearsal dinner at The Club at Kings’ Chapel, the cost is only $500. Wedding Coordinator available for $500 and linens are $12 per table.
850 Lion Pkwy, Columbia, TN 38401
This open space venue offers a long building that is an open pavilion one end and features a dining hall that can seat up to 400 on the other end. The pavilion and outdoor facilities for the ceremony are $500 and the dining area is an additional $900. There are rectangular tables and chairs available for free, but the number depends on the date you book. If you’re interested in setting up the night before, the cost is $150 for the ceremony space and an additional $250 for the dining hall. This venue also offers 60” round tables to rent for $5 each and a cabin for $75 if a place for the bridal party and/or bridal room is needed. No catering is available on site, so you can bring in your own caterer.
Location: 138 3rd Ave N, Franklin, TN 37064
Cost: The Red House in the heart of historic downtown Franklin has packages that begin at $1950 for most Friday-Saturday options. Weekday options start at $1250. costs $2850 for ten hours of venue rental for up to 100 guests on Friday or Sunday use. Prices include tax, tables, chairs, basic linens, event insurance, and basic planning. If you’re planning an off season wedding, make sure to ask for special pricing.
