10 Cheap Charlotte Wedding Venues
Location: 3132 Manchester Drive, Charlotte, NC 28217
Cost: This rental costs for this facility for county residents are $480 (Weekends/Holidays) and $241 (Weekdays) for up to 120 people. Non-county resident rental rates are $720 (Weekend/Holidays) and $351 (Weekdays). Alcohol permits are $52.
Location: 1129 East 3rd Street, Charlotte, NC 28204
Cost: Each rental is $500 (County Residents) and $600 (Non-County Residents), which is for 3 hours and 45 minutes. Additional hours or other events are $125. Rentals are available, including candles, floral arrangements and pew decorations.
Location: 4330 Weddington Rd., Matthews, NC 28105
Cost: The Lakepointe Hall can be rented for $241 (Weekdays), $480 (Weekend/Holiday) for county residents. By renting the hall, you’ll gain access to the Lynn Ellen Odden Memorial Wedding Garden as well, a perfect space for an intimate ceremony.
Location: 19000 Jetton Rd., Cornelius, NC 28031
Cost: This park boasts multiple possible locations, all rented separately. The Jetton Park Gazebo or the Sunning Beach rents between $75 and $112 per hour. The indoor Jetton Waterfront Hall rents for $118 (Weekdays) and $256 (Weekends/Holidays) for up to 75 people.
Location: McDowell Nature Preserve: 15222 South York Rd. Charlotte, NC 28278
Cost: Eight-hour rentals during daylight hours are $62 (Weekdays) and $118 (Weekends/Holidays). The capacity is 50 people.
Location: Freedom Park: 1900 East Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28209
Cost: In-County residents will pay $278 (Weekdays) or $506 (Weekend/Holidays) to rent this facility. The cost for residents of other counties is $356 (Weekdays) or $631 (Weekends/Holidays). The facility has a gas log fireplace and a 42” Plasma TV, and an area with picnic tables outside the pavilion. Capacity is 70 people.
Location: 940 N. Davidson Street, Charlotte, NC 28206
Cost: Packages start at $900 for ceremonies for up to 30 guests, $1250 for up to 105 guests. Chairs, PA system, event director, arch and parking are included.

Cost: The venue is $4,000 for a Saturday during prime wedding months (March – Nov) and only $2,700 during off season (Dec – Feb). Options for settings include: gazebo, pecan trees, covered patio, vineyards & barns and the ballroom.

Cost: Elegant and affordable, this 3300 square foot venue is just $1,000 for a weekend wedding (Friday – Sunday) accommodating 120 to 150 guests. The rental fee for a weekday wedding is $899, and additional hours can be added for $100/hour. Amenities include tables, chairs and sound system.

Cost: If you’re looking for a more creative but cheap Charlotte wedding venue, why not rent an island for your wedding? Renting the entire island on a weekend or holiday costs $196 (county residents) and $316 (non-county residents). Weekday rentals cost $134 (county residents) and $210 (non-county residents). Island rental includes picnic shelter (80 person capacity), 6 tent sites, volleyball court and horseshoe pits.
Location: 7500 Olde Sycamore Drive, Charlotte, NC 28227
Cost: The main dining room and patio of this golf resort is available to rent for $1,300. This includes four hours of event time, tables and chairs, cutlery, linens and event coordinator. Additional time may be added for $100/hour and a ceremony can be hold onsite for $200.
