Storing a Pound Cake

You can store a pound cake for several days at room temperature, or refrigerate it for up to two weeks or freeze it up to three months. (If you’re like us, it won’t last long enough to get it to the ice box.) Wherever you store it, keep it tightly wrapped with plastic wrap to prevent drying.
