Easy, Cheap Crockpot Cooking
My wonderful mother-in-law, Ginger, bought Jeff and I a slow cooker/crock pot as a house-warming gift. The first weekend we cooked a ham with a can of pineapple over it. It was great, but I was looking for more easy recipes, with limited ingredients! I found this site today and it had several recipes I was looking for, plus a lot more. CheapCooking.com. Enjoy!

One of my favorite crockpot recipes.
1. whole chicken
2. your choice of seasoning
3. cooking spray
4. foil balls
Spray crockpot with spray
ball up foil to make 5 or 6 foil balls and place in crockpot
Wash chicken and season place breast side down on foil balls. Cook on low 5 or 6 hours.
Enjoy!
P.S. Do not add any liquid to crock. This chicken makes a great chicken salad for sandwhiches the next day.
